Orbitrek Elite www.thane.com - a great elliptical machine - I am the host of the show and program creator.

Melt it off with Mitch Gaylord (gold medalist gymnastics) - I assisted him in creating his continuity program - we will be launching this med ball program for the fitness industry at the international IDEA convention in Las Vegas in July. Mitch and I will be team teaching a session - free to all attendees!
