KICK BUTT BOOT CAMP

Using the toys found around even the cheapest of gyms you will learn crazy kick butt choreography, experience an interval workout that is an explosion for the sweat glands, and go home with more drills, skills,and games then you could possibly imagine.

SURF BOARDING (Gliding inspired)
There is nothing like watching those tanned chiseled surfer dudes carving it up on those waves. Well it is your turn to have your fun in the sun – Okay well sort of. Surf Boarding will get you into tiptop shape to hit the sand, surf, and sun with confidence, poise, and power to perform at your best. You will love the moves, the music, and the pure exhilaration of this workout. Using the unique and fabulous Gliding discs, and the balance challenge of the half foam roller, a multitude of surfing skills will be introduced, practiced, and perfected leaving your body toned and ready for the athlete in you to spring into action.
