Gliding Gone Wild - team taught with Tricia Murphy
Gliding Gone Wild - Join Gliding creator Mindy Mylrea and Urban Strip Tease Star Tricia Murphy for a journey to the wild side of Gliding. Experience all the strength, flow, and integrated movement that you have come to expect from Gliding but now add a wild side flair. Experience Strip Tease standing and floor patterns and then ends each pattern with a strength set sure to knock your socks off. Join us in this unique workout that will guide you through a program of drumming, movement and creative exploration that will thrill the child and the instructor alike using equipment you already own or that is easily available to you. Kids Beats combines learning with physical activity. The components of fitness – cardiovascular, strength and coordination – are part of a successful creative movement and drumming program. This workshop will give you creative play options to excite, entertain, and encourage a love of fitness and movement in children.

ALL ABOUT ABS
The core is the power house of the body and we should attack the core from every angle and in every way. This workshop is jam packed with critical cutting edge core research as well as three amazing Ab and back routines using the medicine ball, the Stability ball, and the Gliding discs.

All Systems Go – Extreme Cardio and Strength
Experience the ultimate Cardio and Strength interval Rush! All Systems Go means all energy systems are engaged and on board for this crazy fitness adventure. There is nothing like watching those tanned chiseled surfer dudes carving it up on those waves. Well it is your turn to have your fun in the sun – Okay well sort of. Surf Boarding will get you into tiptop shape to hit the sand, surf, and sun with confidence, poise, and power to perform at your best.
You will love the moves, the music, and the pure exhilaration of this workout. Using the unique and fabulous Gliding discs, and the balance challenge of the half foam roller, a multitude of surfing skills will be introduced, practiced, and perfected leaving your body toned and ready for the athlete in you to spring into action. BOSU Total Sport Conditioning
This workshop integrates sport specific movement with the dynamic forces of the Bosu to create an unmatched workout experience, that is the ultimate in cardio and strength synergy.. The cardio sections focus on intensity, agility, and speed while the strength sections develop balance, core stabilization, endurance and muscle definition. The dynamic surface of the BOSU adds an incredible functional training environment for this innovative sports interval training! There are three sections - power, sports related, and sport specific.
