Hi/Lo to Go If you like high low that is ready to go from start to finish with elements of dance and lots of power then this master class/workshop is perfect for you. Hi/Lo Fusion 2008 Familiar high-low steps are blended with rhythm changes, chasses, leaps, holds, ball changes, turns, mambos and cha-chas to give the class a dance-like feel. The cardiovascular integrity of a fitness class is still respected while we fuse moves together forgetting that we’re working out and remembering what it feels like to be lost in the music. STEP All Star Step In this workshop we will take the Step Super Star moves; repeaters, basics, alternating knees to make all star combinations. If you feel like you have taken your moves as far as possible and done all there is to do on the step with the basics then this is the workshop for you Step Outside of the Box In order to grow many times we need to push ourselves outside of our comfort zone and see what possibilities exist. In this step class we will use crazy counts, move moves all over the place, add, delete repeat and who knows what else we can come up with for innovative fun choreography that is sure to challenge even the most avid stepper.
